As part of our ongoing work at Haifa Port, we carried out the refurbishment and structural rehabilitation of a key building façade.
The scope of work included comprehensive façade cleaning, structural crack repairs, replacement of degraded components, and concrete restoration in areas showing signs of spalling or corrosion.
Protective coatings were applied to shield the structure from moisture, salt, and coastal weather conditions. The façade was then repainted using marine-grade materials to ensure both safety compliance and long-term durability in a maritime environment.
