Netanya’s coastline is home to some of Israel’s most striking natural seascapes, with Argaman Beach standing out for its dramatic kurkar cliffs – among the highest in the country.
Over time, persistent wave action has accelerated erosion and compromised cliff stability. As part of a broader coastal preservation programme, BigMoon constructed a breakwater designed to reduce wave energy, slow the rate of cliff retreat, and expand the beach area – protecting both the environment and public access for the long term.
